If you book a discovery call or enroll in a program, your information may be stored in a secure scheduling or client management tool. Any tools we use are held to the same standard of discretion we hold ourselves to.

Forge Performance Co. provides integrative health coaching, AI ethics advisory, and related services. When you engage our services, you're entering a professional coaching or consulting relationship — not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical one. We are not licensed physicians, therapists, or mental health providers.

Our coaching is designed to support goal clarity, identity development, habit formation, and performance alignment. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

What We Both Bring.

We commit to: showing up prepared, providing honest and evidence-informed guidance, maintaining confidentiality, and treating you with full respect throughout our engagement.

You commit to: engaging honestly, doing the work between sessions, communicating proactively if something isn't working, and understanding that results depend on your active participation. Coaching works when both sides show up.

Clear Expectations Upfront.

Payment terms, schedules, and cancellation policies are outlined in your individual service agreement prior to starting any program. Payment plans may be available and are discussed during the discovery call. Once a program begins, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and discussed directly.

Session cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as used sessions depending on the program terms.

What You Share
Stays Here.

Everything discussed in a coaching session is confidential. We do not share client information, stories, or details with anyone outside of the coaching relationship without your explicit consent. The only exceptions are situations that involve imminent risk of harm — in which case we are ethically obligated to act in your best interest.

Our Frameworks Are Ours.

All content, frameworks, tools, and materials provided by Forge Performance Co. — including the North Star Method and any program materials — are the intellectual property of Forge Performance Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
